I worked closely with Shaun throughout last summer. He helped me a lot with all aspects of my game off the ice, when I got back to my team in America for preseason fitness testing I saw a big improvement in all my scores and time. My power, strength and conditioning had all got a lot better. Shaun pushed me to keep striving to get better every day, every week, even on mornings when I wasn’t feeling my best he would find ways to still get the best out of my ability.
I started my journey with Shaun as I wanted to tone up and get fitter. I trained with Shaun 3 times a week and also attended his boot camp. Shaun was always very supportive in my journey, in and out of the gym. Great motivation and knowledge! Highly recommended personal training and group sessions, guaranteed laugh!
Shaun set me up with an off season plan this summer and I am very pleased with how it all went. The plan was very well structured and had me working hard with every phase. I have really noticed the benefits and would definitely recommend to a friend who is looking to improve in any area of fitness whether that be for sport reasons or general health reasons.
